This website was originally started by Chris M. Moore as Main Street Ministries on January 1, 2011, as a tool to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in Sumter and abroad. In April 2020, it was renamed MooreEncouragement.com.
The purpose of this site and my Facebook page is to encourage you with nuggets of wisdom about life, leadership and faith.
About Chris M. Moore
A native of Sumter, SC. Chris graduated from Covington Theological Seminary with a Bachelor of Ministry in the summer of 2014. Since August 2012, he has served in various ministries throughout the Sumter area.
Chris has a heart for seeing people grow in their knowledge and understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His life verse is 1 Corinthians 15:58.
He is married to Kyndal. They have three children, Kaydee and twin boys, Caleb and Chandler.
Chris owns his own marketing business called Barnabas Marketing and is the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A Sumter.
